Emily's trip

Emily won the first grade read a thon this year with 1229 in 11 days. So she got to go in a limo with her principle and the other winners to leatherbys for lunch. She also got to take a friend so she took Delilah with her. They had a blast.

Adam Was lucky enough to get the night off of work so he decided ot take the girls out trick or treating. He is a 70's cop( just found out his littlest bro was a hwy cop with a mullet, what a coincedence!! LOL) No Aubrie is not a Dr. She is a Dentist and yes she picked it out. Emily loved being Morticia Addams. ( I think she just liked having her face made up!)
These are views of our house At night. Of course you cannot see the effect of the strobe lights or the fog machines but it turns out really cool. We have our cementary of course and a guy diving to get in and a guy digging to get out. Our grave digger is in the back ground as well as the ever watchful witch. Also from this picture you cannot tell but we have a web tunnel that you have to go through to get to the door. It is wonderful people comment every year on how well we do.
And by 10:30 it is all down and in boxes until next year.( gotta start getting the christmas lights on the house before it snows.lol)

Well we all had a blast and got lost of candy to share. And no mom and dad didn't steal the best. we just borrowed a few pieces.LOL

The latest

Well Aubrie has done it again. On Monday we had her at the dr's again.( i swear we go every other week). This time she stepped on a nail and it went about an inch into her foot. So we went and they cleaned it really good and gave her some antibiotics and they also gave her the tetnus shot. which she was due for anyway. She is such a silly girl. Her Dr. told her if she wanted to see him all she had to do was come down, that she doesn't need ot get hurt first. But now she is sick with some cold stuff. Emily is doing wonderful in school. They had a read a thon for a fundraiser and she decided she was going to have 1000 min as her goal well she read 1229 min in 11 days. We are sooo proud of her. She loves to read. Now we are just working on her understanding what she is reading but she is getting there.. Adam only has 5 1/2 weeks of fall semester left. And works are going good. But he is tried and looking forward to winter break. Me i am just being mom and still trying to get things done. Well that is what we have been up to for now. More again soon.

She decided to take a tumble and had head against toy box. The doctors said it was too close to the eye so they glues it. Boy i tell you....... She is ok though her Aunt Keri came and helped her go threw it with me so. it is all good now

Aubries Room

I decided for no good reason today to paint Aubries room. Or at least add to her stenciles. We did yellow ( her favorite color) and the top is a very light mint green it looks kind of cool

Aubries was so exicted today that she didn't even want to wait for me. She was allready to go. And then when i went to get her of course she didn't want to come home either. She is using the backpack Emily used in Preschool!

Aubries Day

We reported to Primary Childrens at 6am. They put her in this lovely outfit!

That's it she is gone for the count even without anisthsia(SP)
She mad it threw great! All looks well and hopeful. We will found out in 4 weeks if it took. I am holding her here in the post op room. She just didn't want to wake up. After we got up at 4am to be there in time i think she was a little tukkered. And then on the way home we got a call from the school.... Emily was with the nurse not feeling well. And if you know Emily and school to her it is a punishment not to be there so she doesn't like to call. But i had my neighbor get her and we got home and loved her and made her better too. Both girls are doing well in there beds tongiht!

Aubrie wasn't so happy about Emily being gone all day and wanted to stay with her! Emily is really excited about starting first grade. We will see how she feels when she gets home!

Update

We go to a Urologist on the 27th of Aug to find out what they want to do. The doctor was saying something like a antibiotic therapy for 6 months and then re do the vcug and check her, but we have sat and discussed it and we are going to try and push for the surgery cause she has been basically on antibiotics since Jan and i don't want her going threw that test again. Well when we know more about that we will let you all know!

Last Weekend

Well last weeekend we had a blast. We had a girls campout from friday until sunday. It was just me the girls and Oma. The girls sure did try to wear here out they took her on lots of long hikes. But i think she wasn't the one to get as worn out as the girls did. We had smores and roasted hotdogs. We got to see deer and cows and birds. It was alot of fun. To just be the girls. Next time we will have to take Keri and maybe Tiff when she is in town so we can really have a girls time!

Aubrie

Yesterday Aubrie went in for a couple tests to see why she keeps getting UTI'S. One of the tests revealed that when her bladder is full it is flowing back up the tube back into her left kidney. Which in turn is helping to cause the uti's and her wetting problems. They have found that a vavle that should close is not. So they will have to fix it for her. We don't know yet when and how they are going to do it but it is fixable! When i have more info i will let you all know. She was such a trooper all would be proud of how she handled what she went threw yesterday.

Adam got to Ordain our nephew a decon . He was so proud to be able to do it.

24th of july

We decided to take the girls and Oma and Papa to This is the place for the holiday. man did we have a good time. The girls loved the pony ride and the train i liked all the history.
